Hi there, I’m Broken Mother and this is my diary.
In 2017, I was gifted the most beautiful creature God could have blessed me with, my beautiful baby boy. The sudden emotion of unconditional love swept over me and my whole world changed for the better.
In 2018, a mere 16 months later, God decided this blessing was too precious for this world and decided to take him back. My world changed once again, but this time for the worse.
Grief is a very personal and strange thing, and it is one thing you cannot run away from. You must face it, but face it how – that is the question.
So I decided to create this blog for two reasons. Reason number 1 – an outlet for me to share my raw emotion and face my grief. And reason number 2 – a place of solitude for anyone who has suffered the loss of a child to see that everything they feel is normal, because nothing is normal anymore.
